Inferno Week Race Training
To give you the competitive edge during Inferno Week, we are providing a number of training sessions in both alpine and nordic skiing:
Alpine race training
Two full days of alpine race training with top race trainers have been arranged on Sunday 20thand Monday 21stJanuary. The trainers will be former British Champion, Ed Drake and former head coach of the British Disabled Ski Team, Justin Mesut.
The focus of the training will be alpine technical disciplines (i.e. no speed disciplines).
To guarantee the quality of your training, we are limiting class size to 12 trainees per trainer, and the training will run from 09:30 - 15:30 each day (with a lunch break).

Of the courageous individuals who have signed up for the Inferno Combination, some of you may have little or no experience in cross-country skiing (known locally as 'langlauf'). For your benefit, lessons on rudimental langlauf technique will be given by Nigel Fawkes late afternoon on Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd January. All participants will need to bring their equipment.
If you are completely new to the sport, or feel your technique may be letting you down a little, sign up will go live here soon.
