2020 AGM Instructions
The 2020 AGM is being held at 18:45 on Friday, 27th of November as a Zoom webinar. This is very similar to a Zoom meeting. As we are six plus months into the pandemic, it is assumed that most members will now be familiar with Zoom, however if anyone would like some support, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. The meeting can be joined from 18:30.
Registration
Members will have to register for the meeting in advance. This to allow a list of attendees to be created. You will receive an email with a link to register. Clicking on the link will take you to a registration page where you can enter your details. You will be taken to a page which has a personal link that will allow you to join the AGM webinar. You will also receive a confirmation email with this information, so you do not need to save the webpage.
The link to the meeting is unique to each member and should not be shared. Two or more people in a household can of course share the same device.
Please register well before the AGM.
Joining the Meeting
Members will be able to join the meeting from 18:30. To join, click on the link in the confirmation email.
Questions to the Panel
Questions in advance to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. would be preferable, however, questions to the panel can be made during the meeting using the Chat facility. Please only use it for communicating with the panel.
Attending by phone
You can attend by phone rather than with a device, details are in the confirmation email.

The webinar account that we will be using is that of the SW London Arts Society, so there may be references in emails, links etc..
